Anna Harrington,
Director of Physical Therapy

Anna Harrington, PT was born and raised in Savannah, TN. and has lived in Oxford since 2004. She attended undergraduate school at The University of Tennessee- Martin, graduating with a degree in Biology. She later received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from The University of Tennessee Medical Science Center in Memphis, TN in 1998. She is married to Jonathan Harrington and has two girls, Chloe and Sophia, and a white golden retriever named Samson. She enjoys outdoor activities of any kind, exercising, traveling and spending time at home with her family. She is an active member of North Oxford Baptist Church and enjoys providing care to the people in the Oxford community and surrounding areas.

Jim Lea, ATC, LAT, CEAS, CIRS

Jim Lea is a native of Gloster, MS. and received his BS in Sports Medicine from the University of Mississippi. He attended graduate school at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. and also at the University of Mississippi. He is a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer and also licensed in the state of Mississippi. Jim is the Director of Occupational & Industrial Services/Workers' Compensation Liaison at Cornerstone Rehabilitation with over 20 years of experience in this arena. He specializes in all aspects of industrial rehabilitation and testing including Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE's), Work Conditioning/Work Hardening Programs, Post Offer Employment Testing, and Return To Work Screens. He received additional training as a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) as well as a Certified Impairment Rating Specialist (CIRS). Jim maintains the highest level of communication with physicians, nurse case managers, insurance carriers, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and employers to ensure the best possible outcome on each individual workers compensation claim and to expedite case resolution. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and grandchildren. He is an avid hunter of small and large game. One of his greatest passions is working on his property "Yellow Dog" in his native Southwest Mississippi growing timber and feeding wildlife.


Will Gusmus II, LPTA

Will Gusmus is a graduate from Itawamba Community College’s Physical therapist assistant program and has been providing patient care since 2015. He is a native of the Tupelo area, but he now resides in Oxford, MS. He has his certification to perform instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and is skilled in orthopedic/sports medicine injuries and geriatrics. His focus here at Cornerstone is to provide the best and most efficient care for patients. Outside of the clinic, his hobbies include weightlifting, watching Ole Miss sports, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
