Alex Isom, PT, DPT
Director of Physical Therapy
Alex is from Hernando, MS and earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi. Alex later received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in May 2018. Alex has been with Cornerstone since graduating in 2018 with skills in both orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, Alex is still heavily involved in DeSoto County Athletics along with being an avid fan of Ole Miss Athletics.
Thomas Dill
Originally from Corinth, Mississippi. Went to high school at Kossuth High, class of 2007. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Mississippi State (2011) , and then received my Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from FIU (Florida International University) in 2014. I have been employed with Cornerstone Rehabilitation for over 5 years. During that time I have been the Head Athletic Trainer for Lewisburg High School and Middle School, along with being an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Northwest Mississippi Community College.
Meredith R. Clark, ATC
Meredith is a graduate from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL, where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Health, Leisure & Exersice Science. She has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since August of 2001. Meredith started with Cornerstone Rehabilitation in July of 2015 and is the current ATC at Olive Branch High School.
